Instruction and Videotaping of the Workshop:
The students had about 45 minutes to learn the routines after warm-up in each workshop, so we were moving! The feedback that we received was excellent from the student surveys and the instructors had a great time. We plan to make this page an instructional video page for classes in the future for review of lessons and steps. Stay tuned here for more videos!
