Advance Hip Hop Age 12 & Up Coed

(by audition only at time of enrollment)

We are so excited to welcome our new instructor to the studio this year!

Class Curriculum:

• Review of basic Hip-Hop technique and moves
• Expanding characterization for performances
• Condition & strengthen muscle mass
• Insight on what is expected at auditions
• Explore numerous styles and techniques of Hip-Hop at an advance level
• Several routines
• And most of all, tons of fun!!!

Intermediate Hip Hop starts ages 10 and up

This class is for the dancer with intermediate experience with Hip Hop Dance and no audition necessarey.  The choreography will be challenging and teach the dancer how to work with groups of dancers and polish the performance and choreography to make it a clean and energetic performance.

Beginner Hip Hop-  for ages 6 & up coed

Instructor- Shanise Davis Assisted by Sheritha Hyler 

 The Beginner Hip Hop Class is an energetic and high energy class.  Teaching individuals from ages 6 and up (coed) the student will experience true Hip Hip and the instructor will take it back to the root of the matter.  This class will help students with coordination and working along with a group in dance choreography; It will provide the student with a source of discipline and confidence.  This fun-filled class will keep you movin' and groovin'!.

Shanise has had 20 years of dance experience and has been dancing since the age of 2 years.  She is very active in the community, working with youth on up to adults.  She is a member of the Caruthers Hot Stepperz professional dance troupe and Caruthers Alumni.
